Barbara O'Neill
A well-renowned nutritionist, qualified naturopath, and international speaker on health and wellness. She is the health director of Misty Mountain Health Retreat in Macleay Valley west of Kempsey, in NSW. Barbara is passionate about good health and natural healing. She believes in giving the body optimum conditions in order for it to heal itself. And she has a way of presenting complex subjects in easy to digest manner, with practical value. Her sense of humor makes it engaging. Her stories make it meaningful. And her drawings make it more visually appealing. Indeed, a gifted public speaker. She travels all over the world to conduct lectures, seminars, and health retreats. Barbara has her DVDs on numerous topics on health. She also published her book, Self Heal By Design. She lives in NSW, Australia, with her husband Michael, who manages their business operations.

Myrtle Pettit
Myrtle is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) and holds a degree in Masters in Public Health (Nutrition) at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. She’s a certified Raw Food Chef and Instructor graduate from Living Light Culinary Institute, Fort Bragg, CA, and holds a Master Food Preserver from Cornell University. Her love for both theory and practice inspired her to build Kitch’n Gardens, which aims to teach people not just the knowledge on health but, as well as, the practical know-how in maintaining health and preventing lifestyle diseases. She also endeavored to learn about instructional design to launch health e-courses, to reach a wider set of audience. Her love for education and health encouraged her to craft this project in partnership with Barbara. Myrtle lives in NY with her supportive husband, baby and dog Sandy.

Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone struggling with hormonal issues. Even if you aren’t, there’s a lot to learn about women’s health issues and sexual health.
Will this help a post-menopausal woman like me?
Yes, this certainly caters to women in pre-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal phase. A lot of the information included pierce through the myths and common practices that do not help and even puts women at risk for serious disease and condition.
Can my teenage daughter take this course?
Yes, she’ll learn about PMS and many other health issues that teenage girls face today that is accepted as normal. It is also a good way to sort through many health information publicly available and make an informed decision at a young age.
I'm a man, will I be able to benefit from this course?
Certainly, you’ll be able to understand women (mother, sister, aunt, girlfriend or wife, daughter etc.) more and the daunting health issues they face. Moreover, there’s a good section also for men’s health issues.
I have a background in nutrition, will I learn something from this?
Yes, this course will take you from body systems to its functions, and appreciate the dynamic relation of nutrition, and what specific nutritional support you can use as part of the protocol for you and your practice.
I'm a practitioner, will this course bring something to the table?
Yes, we’ve included relevant research studies, clinical nutrition and naturopathic protocols that you can utilize in your practice.
I'm wondering, is this course different from the Hormones and Sexual Health of Barbara available on her DVD?
Yes, although the first two modules focus on Barbara’s lecture, it is expanded. Moreover, the next two modules are dedicated for specific women’s health issues (module 3), men’s health issues (module 4), and their corresponding nutrition and herbal support.
Will this cover chronic fatigue?
This is covered in Module 5 – Adrenal Fatigue and will be explored thoroughly.
How about thyroid issues?
Definitely, thyroid is very much linked to hormonal imbalance, and largely affects women and their metabolism. This will definitely be covered in Module 6.
Does this include hormone testing?
No. If you’ve got the symptoms, your hormones are more likely imbalanced. Just use the money you’ll pay for hormone testing in getting the nutritional and herbal support you’ll need to regain your balance. And yet we’ve included a brief discussion on hormone testing in Module 5.
There are other hormonal imbalance courses out there, how is this different?
We make complex, simple. And we give you the set of tools to add to your arsenal. It’s up to you to use and apply according to your discretion.
How long does it take before I get my balance back?
It varies from woman to woman, from their health status, birth control use, estrogen level, to lifestyle practices. It also varies from man to man, their health status and lifestyle. It can be as short as a few weeks to few months, a year, but much longer for some.
Can I get a personal health report for my health issue?
